Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM)

The Career Place provides comprehensive employment and career services that are easy to access, customer-driven, and linked to the latest technology. Since 1997, Career Place has served over 65,000 individuals and more than 4,000 local employers. Chartered by the Metro North Regional Employment Board and managed by Middlesex Community College, Career Place helps individuals to find current job openings, assess their skill levels and interests and enter education and training programs. In addition to a friendly and professional environment in which to work, we offer a wealth of resources free of charge, including professional career counseling, employment workshops and access to state-of-the-art research tools, including the Internet. The Career Place provides area businesses a convenient one-stop source for skilled workers and training options.
